First Flight Tickets do not accept any liability for complaints concerning services to be offered by airlines, hotels or other travel service suppliers. Payment related queries like cancellations, rescheduling, refunds or any complaint regarding the services are to be directly handled by the Service Providers.

First Flight Tickets makes every effort to deliver accurate search results, however we cannot guarantee the existence of particular flights or services or that suppliers we list are financially viable. If a provider has not provided the services for which payment was made then it becomes the duty of the supplier to sort the matter out.

No Guarantees

It is our best try to provide current and correct flight details nevertheless prices and schedules may change quickly. First Flight Tickets will not be held responsible for any change in price on the prices quoted any time delay or inaccuracy in the booking process. Again, when a user makes a booking, terms of service of the relevant service provider will be implemented.

It provides information as a source which does not play a role in setting the price offered by the airlines or any other travel service provider the information published may include special offers or low rates, which may be valid only within limited time only and dependent on a number of factors.

Limited Liability

First Flight Tickets is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from:

Errors or omissions by travel providers, including airlines, hotels, or other third parties.

Changes in pricing, flight schedules, or availability after a booking has been made.

Financial difficulties faced by any travel providers that affect service delivery.

All disputes related to booking services must be directed to the respective travel provider in question. First Flight Tickets will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation arising from issues encountered with third-party travel providers.
